Registrar

Thornwood High School transcripts can be obtained at Thornwood in the Registrar's office or via U.S. Mail.  The following items should be mailed to Thornwood High School, Attn: Registrar, 17101 South Park Ave, South Holland, IL 60473. 

• Completed Transcript Release Form
• Copy of  Valid Photo ID (State ID or Driver’s License) - *Do not send original*
• Transcripts are $3.00/copy.  Cashier’s Check or Money Order made payable to Thornwood High School. (Personal checks not accepted.)
